- At least 4 people. Sessions are for 4 to 30 people.

- Groupon bookings require a minimum of 4 guests - if you arrive with fewer than 4 guests your booking will be cancelled and your card charged for failing to meet booking terms.
- NO MINIMUM SPEND - groupon bookings do not have an additional minimum spend
- Groupon bookings can't be cancelled or rescheduled once booked - your Groupon voucher is redeemed against this reservation.
- Groupon bookings are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. If you don't turn up and haven't told us, we reserve the right to charge the amount authorised on your card.

Q1How do I book?
All bookings made through our website have instant booking and you can also use to check availability. If the room is available it will ask you to enter your card details to hold the room.
Don’t forget to provide the 10 digit Security Code from your Groupon voucher.
No money is taken from your card at the time of booking. It’s held as a card authorisation.
Minimum 4 people required for booking.

Q3How long do I get in the karaoke room?
2 hours…
ONLY one Groupon voucher can be used on a selected date.
You can book extra 2 hour slots directly with us. Additional 2 hours start from £100 – £200 minimum spend.
Q4When does the karaoke session start?
Karaoke sessions start at: 5:45pm, 8pm, 10:15pm (additional 3:30pm session on Saturdays only)
Q5How many people can I bring?
Minimum 4 people required for booking.
– The smaller room fits 5 people for comfort, 6 for cosy and up to 8 at a squeeze.
– The larger rooms fits 8 people for space & comfort 12 for cosy and up to 20 at a squeeze.
